Can not get a hold of anyone. Have been trying to get repairs done for almost 2 years after pool was installed.

The worst company I could ever contract. They don’t have enough man power to manage the amount of contract they have. At the beginning the customer service was good, good communication via phone and in person. As soon as you sign the contract they disappear and when they finally show up is with bunch of excuses. Don’t comply with the contract.

The previous owner of this company was stressed out and sold this company, leaving customers in the lurch. Naturally, he took his website and his contacts and has started another pool company, Smart Pool Structures (smartpoolstructuresDOTcom). Buyer beware.

This company is a disaster. We contracted with Pleasure Pool June 29th for a 8x10 spool. We are now 6 1/2 months into the process and have only the spool form in shotcrete. The spool has been in this condition for almost 4 months. There is a new project manager, Ian, whom we met with November 23rd, and was told progress would began, including having the travertine installed the next week, it never happened and it is now January 11th.
