We had a great time at a private yacht celebrating my wife’s 40th birthday, huge shout out to Gary, Jeremy, Christina & Matt for making this trip a memorable one. Jeremy was extremely fantastic and very accommodative of our requests when we requested for an early start. WOW! What an amazing day. Safe to say you made our private hens/bux party absolutely magical. Originally booked through boat4hire for a pontoon 2 hour hire and had a call saying there was engineering difficulties and they would work something out. We were offered alternative times but we were already on our way and had a booking immediately after. Second time doing this. Jeremy was as accommodating as last time. Nothing too much trouble. It’s such a great thing to do with visitors who want to see Melbourne, and so affordable, especially with a group. Will be back for a third time soon. Thanks
Don't bother!!! I booked for my wedding anniversary, we left the dock for our self drive boat trip, headed back into the dock to collect a passenger, staff were to pre ocupied in helping us reversing the boat to leave again, hubby clipped a bracket from from of boat that WAS not well maintained. Deck hand snaps a photo and states its an incident report, my boss will assess if u get your bond back!!!
