Let me start by saying if you are not bothered by noise this is a great place to live. Me and my family have not had issues with the utilities, the maintenance staff is very kind and prompt, and the Property manager is also kind and patient. The gym was redone recently and it fits my needs very well. The reason we've had a less than great experience here despite all the good is because of the noise.
