Love living here, Angela and maintenance staff are the best
If I could give negative 100 stars I would. Lived here for almost 3 years with a harassing next door neighbor who would bang on the paper thin walls, scream at me, bang on my door in the middle of the night threatening me - The office would do nothing about this besides tell me to "call the cops if I feel unsafe." I asked to move apartments since I couldn't afford an early termination fee which they refused to help with. Let me start by saying if you are not bothered by noise this is a great place to live. Me and my family have not had issues with the utilities, the maintenance staff is very kind and prompt, and the Property manager is also kind and patient. The gym was redone recently and it fits my needs very well. The reason we've had a less than great experience here despite all the good is because of the noise. We hear a lot of what is going on upstairs, wether it be conversations, sneezing, walking, alarms, etc. For some time this was ... read more
