Derrick did a phenomenal job of finding the issues and solving them effectively. His demeanor is the absolute best about him - he is easily approachable and is fun to speak to. He explains everything and addresses the problems so you know exactly what he is doing. Would definitely rate a 10 if the ratings went that high.
