I recently had an appointment to winterize my system, and as we had just purchased the property, I wasn’t very familiar with how everything worked. Derrick, the technician, was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through the system, explaining what he was doing and why. Five stars they have been great as we moved into a new home and have come back a few times to make adjustments to ensure coverage. I’ve already recommended to neighbors and friends who have decided to instal a system.
Had an urgent request to move a sprinkler line that was found when my other contractors were digging footers. The customer service from the team who scheduled the appointment was so fantastic. The tech - Derek was amazing, he got right to work moving the line and was extremely efficient and professional. We look forward to having them back for service in the future.
