Jim was very prompt and professional. Our rental property needed a new fan, but after Jim analyzed the situation he found it was not the fan that needed replacing, but the switch. Not only did Jim save us the cost of a fan, but he made a safety repair that prevented a possible fire. I will always use Jim in the future.
