One of my worker took his 2017 ford Explore to program a new set key on 12/18/25 and he keep telling me the service department always ask to pay for the set key, he paid for the key the first time he came, they always gave him an excuse about why they can’t program the key 3 weeks after I went to help him I spoke with the service Manager “Joe” told they couldn’t program the Key and he asked me to leave the car one more day, we came back the next day the was guy working on the car and he said is his day.
