Do not believe what Brian tells you. Brian makes the appointments and takes your money before you pick up your car. He does not know what he is talking about. He will lie to you but say things with a lot of confidence to make you believe him. Do not take your car to Pleasantville Ford for Service. They will not let you speak with the service manager. I buy all of my cars from Pleasantville Ford. The sales service is amazing and they are patient, straight forward and work hard to get you what you want. I highly recommend them and will always go back to buy or lease my family cars.
A great old fashioned dealership, that treats the customer with respect. Dave is a great low pressure salesman, if you need a ford give him a visit.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Sold me a mustang that had serious engine issues within 40 minutes of owning it. Burned through coolant, smoking everywhere, wouldn’t accelerate. They tried to say there was no problem with the car and had some of the worst communication I have ever experienced. Anthony the service manager knows absolutely nothing about cars and is rude when he doesn’t know the answer. It has been a month and they still haven’t apologized or been transparent at all.
