Do not under any circumstances by a used vehicle from this place. I purchased a 2016 F150 about a year ago and it has been in the shop a half dozen times for problems that were there when i purchased it and were not told about or lied to about. every time i bring it to get something done there is another major problem that costs me hundreds or thousands of dollars. i am absolutely disgusted with them and the lemon i was sold. Needless to say i will never go near this place again.
About a year ago I had a great experience dealing with the salesman Jacob Graj while going through the process of leasing my Ford Bronco from Pleasantville Ford. I didn't need to interact with anyone else so I can't speak about others, but I'd highly recommend dealing with Jacob. He seemed genuine to want to help orchestrate an agreement I was satisfied with, and I never got that wheel and deal feeling that haunts car dealerships.
Great experience. Top notch salesperson. Explained all knobs and dials upon taking ownership.
