My wife and I had been struggling with finances after recently moving to Ocean Springs when we encountered some issues with our cars. I was recommended this place through family and these guys have been our saving grace for the last two weeks. Their customer service is awesome and they do a great job. My wife had an issue with a sensor for her tires and one of the gentlemen even went and bought the part out of his pocket and let us pay him back when we returned. My tires are covered under warranty, but I still choose to pay out of pocket just because this business is so awesome and I really feel like they deserve my money more than some big corporate dealership. I'm never waiting longer than 15 minutes and everyone is so friendly. You are greeted as soon as you pull up and within moments your car is up and ready to be worked on. I really cannot say enough good things about this place.
They sold me a bad tire. It went flat 4 hours after purchase. Upon inspection, I realized it had previously been plugged, twice! So I paid $60 for a bad tire. The worst part is that I have called 3 times for a refund and no one will call me back or work with me to resolve this issue. Stay away!
