I called Meredith and Mark to send my lady an arrangement at work and they delivered the most beautiful flowers I've seen. Very professional to take the time and super nice, highly recommend this florist shop.

Ordered a premium size arrangement through teleflora. What was arranged and delivered by Pleasantries was subpar. Looked like a supermarket $20 bouquet of flowers. This was for a family members birthday and I was embarrassed when I saw what was received. Teleflora responded immediately to my message on this with a portion refunded to me.
