We were having our home renovated had some problem with the drapes. Over three months trying to get my Hunter Douglas three electric shades fixed. Finally got s service man to visit about two weeks ago, about a month after paying the over $300plus required. Reinstalled one drape, partially repaired fixed one. the one that opened & closed was checked and the service guy decided the motor was bad and took it saying it would be replaced.
