We contacted Paul with Pleasanton Shutters & Shades, to clean 6 of our 30 year old blinds and repair 2. He was professional, prompt and did an amazing job. Our blinds look better than ever.

I had some hunter douglas plantation shutters that were broken. Paul did a great job. He fixed them all and I didn’t think some of them could be fixed.

Stay as far away from Paul DeGroot and his business as you can. He is a liar and a thief. He had 5 sets of my blinds for over 3 weeks and did NOTHING! H was supposed to clean, restring where necessary and replace wands etc. HE DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! He said he "power washed them", which was not what he said he would do, according to him and his ad he has a machine that cleans them. We were having our home renovated had some problem with the drapes. Over three months trying to get my Hunter Douglas three electric shades fixed. Finally got s service man to visit about two weeks ago, about a month after paying the over $300plus required. Reinstalled one drape, partially repaired fixed one. the one that opened & closed was checked and the service guy decided the motor was bad and took it saying it would be replaced.
