BEWARE of their shoddy accounting practices. I was overcharged and assured that a credit would be issued but after several phone calls, spanning almost two weeks, I was unable to obtain a credit or even proof that one had been issued. Despite promises of follow up by office staff, which never happened, I had to resort to contacting my bank and filing a dispute for the charge. This dentist office I would highly recommend to anyone. I’ve had extensive work done and it couldn’t have been done better. The only thing is the office I go to in Pleasanton is in California, not Kentucky.
