Nice workers, but very mean lady the desk. Does not know what she is talking about and is scamming people.
The staff at the window has always been so very friendly and the guys inside the terminal are great as well! They really get you through very quickly. Even if you see a long line it usually doesn’t take very long.
Absolutely terrible service. Still refusing to provide recycling services, shirking their responsibilities to the community and the environment. Extremely rude and dismissive on the phone. Good thing they've got a monopoly on services. Absolute trash. Literally.
