I am a resident of Pleasanton, and I have been using the Pleasanton Garbage Co. facility on Bush St. for my household trash disposal. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from pleasant, primarily due to inconsistent pricing practices and poor customer service.Each time I visit, the price I am charged varies significantly, seemingly dependent on who is working that day. The staff were great. They were communicative and answered how it works at this site. They're aware that this site is expensive. If you aren't a resident of the city of Pleasanton, they charge you extra. Kind of a rip.....
