Booked Pleasanton Construction to change smoke detectors in my home. Electrician checked the smoke detectors (including one that was a real pain and required a 12ft ladder), recommended I don't change them, and I didn't get charged for the appointment.
We hired Pleasanton Construction to renovate our home and yard before we moved in. They did all our lighting, laminate floors, bathroom renovations, crown molding, cabinets and many more details to make our home move in ready. John worked with us to get everything just the way we wanted it and was very patient with the many requests we had. Hired Pleasanton Construction to do my kitchen. Very happy with the quality and communication with Pleasanton Construction. They finished ahead of schedule and managed to keep my home clean everyday. Highly recommend.
John Konapka, is also the owner of Trekson Inc. Stay away from this guy. He took me for over 20,000.00. Complaint has been filed with the CCLB I am collecting from his bond, that should say enough right there.. He is not a truthful person, He abandoned the job. He talks a good game but it's a scam. Just not a person to do business with at all
Both my wife and I wanted to remodel our kitchen. John with Pleasanton Construction was very friendly and took his time to explain to us different options to go with. After choosing one, his crew were professional and courteous. they cleanup after themselve and made my wife very happy. Now, she has her dream kitchen.
