I have been going here for years. Never had a problem when the owner provided the service. They’re usually quick, easy, cheap and I’m usually over the moon about them. Another woman did my eyebrows, didn’t ask me any questions and went to work. She completely over threaded my eyebrows. I’ve had my threading done here a couple of times. The first time, the lady did an excellent job and followed my request perfectly, which is why I came all the way from Lathrop again, hoping for the same experience. Unfortunately, this time I specifically asked not to go too thin, but she still did — saying there were gaps in my brows. I kindly request that customer preferences be taken seriously. Yesterday, I visited the salon for eyebrow threading. The staff were very friendly, and the owner, Aunty, was exceptionally nice. I was unsure about my haircut, but she suggested a style that turned out to be perfect, and I ended up with the best hairstyle. This salon has quickly become one of my favorites!

Horrendously bad service and during the threading process they gave me a bruise on my eye. Trash quality, there are many better places.
