Jim has provided excellent services at a very reasonable cost. I never feel ripped off or feel that I overpaid for services. I have had some random issues with my cars and Jim was able to figure out the issues and get the repairs done in a timely manner. We've been using Pleasanton Auto Repair since 2017. Jim was able to diagnose a very elusive problem that caused our Chevy Trailblazer to periodically die and then not restart. We were stranded several times. We tried other mechanics but they couldn't find the problem. Jim did. He's been doing the maintenance on both our cars (240k and 430k miles!) ever since. I trust him. Best mechanic we've found.
