Very pleased with hygentist Michelle. Super nice, educated me, I appreciate that. She said she is fairly new there. You are lucky to have her. Also didn’t feel like financial person was bambooziling me. She was clear and had patience while explaining cost to me.

I had to have a tooth extraction and Dr. Gallagher and his assistant Dominick (I think that was his name) were very gentle and comforting. I have to say, that's why I return to their office. I appreciate their compassion for patients in need...especially in such a dreaded visit as a tooth extraction.
I enjoyed the dental hygienist and the dentist.
The staff is great and the facility is always clean. I love my dental hygienist even though I only see her twice a year. She is extremely friendly and passionate about her job.

When I arrived at Gwinnett Family Dental Care,I was asked for my insurance card and my drivers license. Within the next two minutes, I was seated in the waiting room just before 9:00 AM (my scheduled appointment time). At 9:00 AM, someone (Shannon) called for me. I was seated and Shannon went right to work obtaining x-rays, measuring, and cleaning my teeth. She was exceedingly thoughtful and patient with me (an older person).
