Another wonderful experience at PVSC! Took my SO in for a total knee replacement with OSSM Dr Sims, this facility is clean, professional, efficient and friendly. Our nurse Brandy stayed with Terry throughout, and gave him exceptional nursing care. Our daughter and I appreciated her kindness and patience answering our many questions. We highly recommend this surgery center
Rude staff and when you here them talking crap about you and normal volume in the open and when they are faced with medical challenges with a patient listening to them get exasperated and complaining is not what you want. The doctors maybe are good but the staff at this place is awful...
Wow, what a great team ♥️ I had surgery here and the nurses, staff and my personal doctor coordinated so well. My pain management was fantastic and as a 30 year old who should have been a piece of cake with anesthesia but wasn’t, I was so impressed by their urgency, communication and knowledge. Special shout out to Hannah my nurse who made me feel so supported while my husband had to take care of my kids. 5⭐️
Staff is very friendly, professional and helpful.
Absolutely wonderful patient care from the moment you walk in the door. I highly recommend them if given them as an option for surgery.
