I have lived in pleasant view MHP since 2014. I'm so incredibly happy with our current manager! Chace is friendly, organized, fair, well versed, and dedicated! Chace is on top of things and it is starting to show in the park! What a great person to have in charge! Thank you Chace!
their new company that bought it has started to retaliate against me the manager and her contracted cousin who does our plowing she released my private information my anonymous report of inefficient work being done to cause the contractor to come to my house while I was outside on my home site And confront me and chase me around and trespass. This has got to be the best photograph of this trailer park that could have been taken ever. I can't even imagine how long it took to set this photo up but believe me when I tell you this is the exception to the rule. Don't let the name fool you there is nothing pleasant about this place it is a mess of run down trailers and cars that don't run. There is no view to be had.
