They keep hiring the dumbest of the dumb property managers. They side with thugs and ignore the complaints of decent people. I have to call law enforcement 3-4 times daily for noise from the unit below me that makes my walls, floor and furniture vibrate. I’m told by management this is normal noise...it is not.
