Yesterday my 3 years old female was spayed by Dr. Mary. It was a difficult case and they went beyond exceptional in the care of little girl.
I really loved the way the staff treated my pups - I have one dog who is reactive to unknown dogs (unfortunately attacked by an off leash dog as a puppy) and one dog (rescue) fearful of everything unknown. The staff was really sensitive to that and everything went smoothly.
I love everything about Pleasant Valley. Everyone is so caring and treats my three dogs with so much passion. I have been going thee for 10 - 12 yrs and wouldn't think of going elsewhere. Deb gives my dog Petie so much tlc when she does his nails. She has worked and gained his trust over the yrs.. nobody else can handle him. Gail is the best. She always informs me of specials and explains everything to me. No matter how busy they are...she treats you like you are and your dog is the most important to them!
I can not say enough good things about Pleasant Valley and everyone who works there. Informative,thoughtful I trust them absolutely with the health and well being of my pets.
They are awesome!!! Great vets!!! My Golden Luk has enjoyed all his visits!!!
I utilize both facilities and have been very happy with the services at Pleasant Valley and Straws to Paws. Thank you Erin Mcwillians for recommending this facility to me years ago.
