Tonganoxie Vetenarian clinic has awful social skills! Girl denied me and my service dog a visit.when I ask why she said nonpayment. I explained that I was disabled and was unaware of an outstanding balance and ask what it was. She said the balance is zero. What? She said you walked out without paying and wouldn't answer when I called. I tried to explain and she cut me off and said no we are no longer going to accept appointments from you. Saw Dr. LaRosh here before he retired and am continuing on to see Dr. Simon now that it's her practice. This is a great place and everyone from Kori at the front desk to Dr. Simon are very caring people. I'm glad we have such great care here in town.
