Parks and Rec have been providing the children of the Pleasant Valley School District a safe place to go since I was in elementary school, and I’m 71 years old!

Too many facilities to name, but my favorites our the community rooms and the dog parks. The dog parks are clean and as beautiful as any other park. It’s good to have a place in the community where dogs can get exercise without dealing with people eating or little kids that want to pet every dog they see. There are children there with their families but they are respectful of strange dogs.

Nice entrapment practiced by the Rec District. Host a Baseball tournament at Kildee park, dont have anywhere near enough parking for all participants, direct them to park in alternate spaces, then have an unreasonable and miserable employee come and issue tickets and lectures about public safety to all those cars and drivers

Is anyone else concerned about the use of Monsanto’s Round-up in the parks; grass & planters?

the Eggstravaganza had so many people. I couldn't see the signs with the ages and so i told my grandchildren to get on the shortest group. after the picture with the Easter Bunny we went to the Easter egg hunt with 2 mins til it started. Some adult women pushed my 9 year old grandson and told him he didn't belong in that group. He came crying out of the croud. I was very upset aftef that. oh parents were not supposed to go with the children on the egg hunt.

I’ve been taking my son to Spanish class with Mrs. Little. We enjoy every class. I can’t wait to sign him up for more classes.
