My sister was here for over a year and things went well at first. Then the home was sold and things went downhill from there. There was a language barrier between the residents and caregivers. We ended up moving her to another home after she was given pine sol in place of apple juice.
The caregivers here are absolutely amazing! They are always very professional and responsive and extremely friendly. On top of that it is always clean and welcoming when I go to visit my grandmother. I highly recommend this facility.
I highly recommend this place. The place is upstanding. You walk in and it smells fresh and clean. The place is very well organized, the caregivers have a good system going on. Claud the homeowner answered all my question took care of any doubt I had and reassured me my mother is going to be well cared for.
