I've been out of my unit since February and because they are a U-haul "affiliate" the "affiliate" must cancel the storage. I've called repeatedly and he never returns calls. The U-haul regional in charge of the affiliate program has also called with no response. Yet each month my uhaul account is being charged. I would not recommend this facility. Find a place that takes "service" seriously and can be reached when called and more importantly, will call you back. This is not it.
Does anyone know how to get ahold of this company? I’ve been calling for 2 months to pay on my storage unit and cannot get anyone to call me back.
Gated storage facility. Reasonably priced.
