Pleasant Valley Pools is the cheapest out there but once Greg Howard gets paid he does not follow thru with problems that arise after. Our pool was finished in 08/2014 next day we noticed the cool deck had dozens of chips & asked that it be recoated. He was working on our neighbors pool & said when her cool deck was to be done he would have contractor redo ours, never happened! When we called him on this he said we should finish our landscaping first so that we don't chip it anymore & I told him it was not us who chipped it ... read more
