Pleasant Valley Plumbing came to our rescue when another company left us without a kitchen. I talked to John on a Wednesday, his guys came out on Thursday just to take a look but ended up staying late to put in most of the appliances. Then came back on Monday to finish the job. Everyone was polite, helpful, prompt, and professional. They took extra pains not to scratch my new hardwood floors, to clean up after themselves, and be nice to my pets and kids. One of the worst companies you could deal with. BEWARE! NOT HONEST, not customer friendly. Pleasant Valley Plumbing - Call it UNPLEASANT Valley Plumbing Contacted them as water heater broke and i was sitting at home wiht a newborn and 2 year old child. They said a part was broken and had to be ordered - it would take 3-4 days. This was last Wednesday, today is Tuesday, when they showed up with that part!
