Horrible builders! In less than 1yr after our house was built - my hallway ceiling was ripped off of the walls due to the sheet rock being attached to the roof trusses, patio door wouldn't close with 10" of snow on the ground due to a defect they were aware of, 2 different septic leaks inside the basement utility room and one water leak in the storage room, black mold caused due to septic leaks, right side of the kitchen electrical didn't work when we moved in, sprinkler control box was put on the outside of house so the spr... read more
