It wasn't Pleasant Valley Mechanical it was Rose Braiding and my review for them is immaculate. These women did an amazing job on my hair.
Had these guys out to look at and repair my ac, Did a bang up job . I would highly recommend.......
Place is a rip off. Made 4 trips to my house so far and my A/C still not fix. First time put refrigerant and said that was the problem charge me $65 for service call didn't charge me for refrigerant because the cap busted on it while he was trying to open it. Next day A/C still was the same. Call them back and told them the problem and they schedule another visit while I was at work my wife was at home. And the same technician name Carl came back out all he did was clean the unit and added 2 more pounds of refrigerant saying... read more
I love these guys, pleasant valley mechanical came out gave my a second opion on my system, after warranty company told me it couldn't be fixed. Carl explained what was wrong with system and went through options. We ended up buying a new Heat pump system with 10years parts and labor at a cheaper price than the warranty company offered. I highly recommend these guys.... Very Happy!!!!! Ask for carl very professional and knowledgeable.
