I love living here...wish hot tub worked on regular basis and was a tad hotter...on site maintenance is awesome. Office management is great. I've lived here for 8 years and am not going anywhere.
Olga was absolutely fantastic to work with. The property itself is clean, welcoming, and has a great feel to it! My company did some work with the team here at Pleasant Springs and I was super happy with the process. Specifically, the communication and transparency with Olga was extremely appreciative. She clearly cares about her property and her tenants, as she prioritized cleanliness and safety throughout the parking lot. I'd certainly recommend working with her and look into moving here if I was in the market!
Had some bad experiences with my previous apartments who came after me legally, the staff here was very understanding and definitely made it worth while. The move in process was fast, simple and to the point. I'm stoked to be living here now.
They’ve started canceling maintenance requests, likely because I asked them not to enter the unit without my permission. I made that request because we have a cat that will bolt if a door is left open, and I don’t trust strangers to be careful about that. We’ve also had a dog with severe behavioral issues in the past, so letting people enter unannounced has never been an option for us.
