I’ve really enjoyed my experience at Pleasant Springs Apartments. The apartments look great and are a nice place to live Meredith, Johann and Olga were really friendly and willing to help all the time.

The apartment complex had good size rooms and closets, but it was not a great place to live. They charge several additional fees where you are paying $200 to $300 a month more than you plan, and they charge move out costs to penalize you for moving. This apartment complex is out to make money, and that is about it. You will not get any of your deposit back, and you will be lucky if you walk away without being charged. We just moved in. Our experience so far is pleasant. Easy to communicate with the front desk. Jordan and Meredith are so nice and professional. Easy to move in. The process is straight forward. You have all the amenities you need. The price is right for what you get. The apartment itself is what you expect for the price. Normal wears and tears from many tenants.
