Each spring, since 2024, I rent an apartment at Pleasant Springs through the end of the year. Workng with the office staff (Johann, Meredith, and Olga) is a delight. Every year expectations are exceeded. Most recently (April, 2026) I needed an apartment, providing very short notice. Within in two days, my recently remodeled apartment was move-in ready. I have lived in Pleasant Springs Apartments for going on 11 years now. It’s a pleasant place to live VERY low crime and Very friendly management. Unless I get rich someday I will stay here.
After living here for almost a year, I can confidently say this apartment community has some of the most exceptional staff I’ve experienced. Every interaction I’ve had with Johann and Olga has been truly positive. They’re not only professional and responsive, but you can tell they truly care about the residents and go out of their way to make things right.
