This is the place to go when you are having trouble with your vehicle I have been dealing with Pleasant Run Service for about 2 years Gavin and his team are the best last week my daughter car stop running in the middle of the highway I called Gavin and he said I could get it towed in his team found out what is was Thank you Gavin you will always have my business.
I have taken my vehicles here a few times over the past few years and have had positive experiences each of those times, most recently to find a misfire. After replacing the spark plugs and coil pack myself, I could not find what was causing the misfire. I took it here on a Wednesday and the lot was full, another testimony to the great work they do here. My experience with Gavin has always been top notch. The crew at PRSC has great attention to detail in doing repairs and they use proper replacement parts & fluids that are recommended. Highly Recommend!!!
The folks at Pleasant Run were by far the best service we have received in YEARS! We appreciate their complete transparency/ no shenanigans/no pressure approach for the non-essential things needing attention while servicing our vehicle. Gavin at Pleasant Run Auto is the absolute best in service, more than reasonably priced, excellent, thorough, personable & patient in communication (I ask a lot of questions) and totally trustworthy without taking advantage by charging the exorbitantly high prices of a dealership or others.
