We've been using Pleasant Run for years. It's a nice country style practice with male and female doctors. Whatever your age is, Whatever your gender preference is, you'll find a doctor that will make you feel comfortable.
We have been patients of Dr. Lindsey Delaver at Pleasant Run Family Physicians, but our recent experience with the front office staff has left us deeply disappointed. My son missed his appointment due to an urgent situation that caused him to miss his flight. We completely understand the no-show policy and were not disputing the fee. This is an excellent practice. All the doctors & nurses take the time to provide personal & thorough care. Just had my first visit with Alexa Perez, PA. Very friendly, patient and knowledgeable. She took the time to review my case with colleagues prior to my visit. Alexa listened to and answered all my questions & concerns in a clear, knowledgeable and thorough manner. I have been a patient here for a few years since turning 18. Disaster every time I need to book an appointment. I called 5x today and left a voicemail… no answer. Not to mention them always having billing issues or saying I didn’t pay my bill when I did. You talk about a place that has no care, this is it! Immediately switching out of here!
I try not leave negative reviews but three times they have strikes out with me. the staff member I talked to on the phone originally scheduled me for 3 PM. come the day of the appt. And at 10:30 AM they call me and leave a VM saying I missed the appointment. I wrote everything down in my calendar and know the original woman was supposed to schedule me for 3, I am not wrong.
