Pleasant Run A/C did an amazing job. I was able to get same day service within just a few hours of calling. They were able to come to my home like 2 hours before the agreed upon time to which I was so thankful for because it was over 80° inside my house. They were professional and kept me well informed. I will continue to use their services for regular seasonal maintenance.

They were fast and wonderful through the entire process, I actually had to have a full system replace (both units and air ducts) and they made sure everything went smoothly and cleaned up everything after it was done.

The technician appeared to be very knowledgeable, was transparent as far as what needed to be done , He was professional , but exhibited a friendly disposition to me, and the young man he had in training. I recommend him for your next job.

Dealing with a big issue is always stressful, but Mr. Williams was able to make the process smooth, and stress free. His expertise and experience were very evident from the start.
