If you looking for a honest ac technician with great customer service then Pleasant Run ac/ heating is your go to. I have been a customer for 5 years and he has always did a great job and will not cheat you like most of these companies. I totally recommend his service and most importantly he is VERY affordable.

Hands down some of the most professional efforts I seen from a company , I reached out let him know my issue , he was honest about time and when he could make it and same day I may add got here on time , diagnosed the issue and my unit is working perfect ! Didn’t catch his name but the got is all business and know his craft ! I tell anyone gives these guys a call !! 10 star review

My old system was bad and was not cooling my home. I booked what I thought would be a maintenance check or potential repair but ultimately had a desire to replace the unit. Forest checked the system and explained the problem which would only be a temporary fix. After I explained to him my interest in replacing the unit, he provided me with a recommendation of a unit and the cost. Forrest has replaced two original units for our house over he last year and a half. He has always been up front and provided options. He let me choose the route I wanted to go with no pressure. I have called him a couple times and he is quick to respond and provide answers, etc. Would highly recommend you give them a call and try them out.
