Forest came to my house and told me that both of my units need to be replaced. He quoted me a price of 14k . Yes my unit system is old but after 3 weeks I decided not to buy a new unit because something was telling me that my system could be repaired. So i waited on my relative to come back from out of town to take a look at my unit… it took him 2 hours to repair and I spent $670 dollars..Don’t ever let people pressure you to make a decision when it comes to spending your money.

I had an excellent experience with Pleasant Run A/C & Heating. From start to finish, their team was professional, efficient, and highly customer focused. I contacted Mr. Williams the morning my A/C stopped working. He was able to come to our home the same morning. I appreciate that he was even able to come by earlier than original time. The heat in Dallas, Texas can be brutal. He was very professional, he diagnosed the problems, fixed our A/C unit and the price was very reasonable.
