Like many I read reviews before calling for service providers. I read the 1 star reviews first to look for legitimate issues. My AC was out and it was hot. Forrest came to my house. He was quick and efficient. There are some complaints that people make but what I saw was people complaining because it was going to take more than they expected to fix their problem. I would call this place again in a heartbeat.

Thank you Pleasant Run A/C and Heat. My mom of 84 years old ac went out on Saturday. We found out outside unit was not working. We called Saturday evening and had a service tech on Sunday morning. Air con was fixed and mother was happy with her experience with Pleasant Run A/C and Heating. We will recommend. Service tech was nice and very friendly great customer service. Thanks again.

Forrest and his team did a great job installing my new AC unit. From start to finish, they were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I understood everything about the installation. I really appreciated their attention to detail and the quality of their work. I would definitely recommend Forrest and his team to anyone needing AC services!

I had an unexpected issue with my ac unit. Being a single woman I had to figure out what to do. I googled ac in my area and Pleasant Run A/C popped up. The best called I made! He was very informative and helpful with fair pricing. He now has a new client! Thank you Mr. Forrest!
