I contacted Mr. Williams the morning my A/C stopped working. He was able to come to our home the same morning. I appreciate that he was even able to come by earlier than original time. The heat in Dallas, Texas can be brutal. He was very professional, he diagnosed the problems, fixed our A/C unit and the price was very reasonable. I used them 2 years ago when the hvac capacitor went bad. The capacitor went bad after 2 years and so I called them up. I informed the tech I was pretty certain it was the capacitor. He did a QUICK inspection and confirmed. I brought it to his attention that his company replaced this very part two years ago. He told me the likely reason it went bad was because the capacitor will go bad quickly with Goodman units. Prior to calling I researched the price of a capacitor online. After seeing the great reviews this company received I called them when my ac stopped cooling the house last weekend. True to form Forrest was out in short order to add 4 pounds of Freon to the system and it was up and running good as new.
