I want to personally thank Pleasant Run A/C & Heat. I found out my Dad's A/C went out while he was in rehab from the Hospital. I called for service, while anticipating a company telling me he needed a new unit. Mr. Forrest asked for the address and told me not to rush away from my Dad and he will start outside. Mr. Forrest had my Dad's unit running before he was released from rehab and installed a new wall thermostat because the old one was going out. This was truly a blessing. I do my best to support Black-owned businesses, which makes writing this review disappointing. My family was told our entire HVAC unit needed to be replaced due to improper ductwork, at a cost of approximately $10,000+ Thankfully, we got additional opinions and learned that the unit did not need replacement—the motor needed to be replaced for approximately $1,000.
