I have entrusted this group with my health care for the past two years with very minimal results. A simple issue like blood pressure seems beyond their capacity to impact. After two years of lackluster results I expressed my frustration. The Manager explained that my lack of results was my fault because I cancelled my last appointment. In the Arlington area there must be dozens of practices that offer better service. I would recommend that you consider ANY other health provider.
RecommendedDr. Stretch, Heather, David, and Lupe are wonderful. Also the lady in the lab. Sorry I cannot remember her name.
The nurse practitioner who helped me was great, as was the phlebotomist. But everyone else was awful. Reception is unhelpful. They FORGOT to send my prescription to the pharmacy, and only sent it once I followed up a week later. They never gave me a login to the web portal to see lab results. The med tech left off important details from my medical record. And I also overheard the med tech talking about me LOUDLY down the hall, even making fun of me, where certainly at least 10+ people could overhear... certainly not HIPAA co... read more

i had a long-standing appointment for a lab test. After signing in, i watched the waiting room empty numerous times without being called. After 40 minutes, my grandson spoke with office workers, expressing our displeasure. I spoke with the check-out lady, who took me to the lab and i completed the reason I had come .. I wish I could say this is the first time for something on this order but it is not. Office workers are so numerous they are falling over each other but the work does not always get done.
Best place ever! Very friendly atmosphere with little wait time.
