This is no place for families!!!! Especially if you have children. Unkept & outdated property… see photos. Constant pot smoke aroma. Management is null in presence & rarely returns calls or emails, with tenant questions and/or concerns.
I love living at the Pleasant Ridge Apartments.They are clean, spacious, and very nice. The manager, Melisa, is very kind and helpful. She is right by your side to help you if there is any problem. The apartments are very well kept and taken care of. The neighbors are nice, but they keep to themselves and are clean not in your business. We respect everyone's privacy. I consider myself lucky to live her. It has far been one of the nicest places I have ever rented.
