Charged me 1/2 month rent for a relisting fee - even though I completed terms of my lease and gave a 60 day notice. That is robbery! Building is dingy. Upon move in, had to purchase an air purifier to get rid of smoke smell. My heat would not turn off even when set to off - so temps Stayed around 85 degrees all winter. I roasted and had to keep windows open all winter. They are okay, and some have been updated the floors, and they have balconys that could be a bit larger for people to comfortably be on!! But way to small for a person who has belongings that came from a 3 bdrm 2 bth Trailer House..
This is no place for families!!!! Especially if you have children. Unkept & outdated property… see photos. Constant pot smoke aroma. Management is null in presence & rarely returns calls or emails, with tenant questions and/or concerns.
