It is a disgrace the level of disrespect the owners of this place shows toward the dead and Family member. There is no on-site business office to conduct business. A cell phone serves as the office number. The person answering the line is extremely unprofessional. She does not answer messages left. Close super early open late. Doesn’t give you enough time to get off work and go see your love ones. Would never bury another family member here.

I love out of town... I've came to see my mama 7 times in the last 7 years Everytime I come to Memphis TN... I could never find my mama.... I call the office sometimes they answer sometimes they don't and when I get an answer they say mama is buried at d1 and she's not ... Trash
