WARNING...STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SCAMMING COMPANY!! We had originally made contact with another company, and they had given us a very reasonable rate. When we received a call back from *******, who I'm assuming is the sales person with Pleasant Relocation, he guaranteed to beat the other price we were given, and according to the quote we were given, he did. Never returned my deposit of ******. Left multiple messages and emails for a status. Do not use this moving company, especially if you may have to cancel. Their contract is very muddy on the guarantee contract pricing. They have additional cost for stairs, distance per foot, and even tips for the drivers. They left a response to my yelp review, but still havent told me when I am due this refund.
100% CROOKS. Stay away! After receiving photos of everything to be moved, provided a quotation and took our deposit. On the morning of the move, his guy came, looked at the SAME stuff, and then updated the pricing to more than DOUBLE, clearly unethical business practices. After canceling, they REFUSED to refund our deposit. STAY AWAY!
