Thank you Pleasant Pointe Dental for your next day appointment. I had a crown fallout, at no fault of anyone, and Pleasant Pointe Dental got me in the next day. Also the staff there has always been very nice.
We’re so happy we found Dr. Aujla and her awesome team! They’re super nice, gentle and respectful, they didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need (like all the other dentists we’ve been to) and they checked my insurance to make sure everything was covered; I feel very comfortable knowing I have a dentist I can trust. All staff very friendly and doctor was super gentle. I was very surprised by how nice the office is and what they have to offer. Super clean and cool. I had to bring my toddler with me and they were so patient and nice with him as well.
I was a new patient. They saw me as an emergency as I chipped a front tooth and it was also attached with a filling, so I was very appreciative that they saw me right away. However, they barely left the numbing gel on my gum for those front teeth Novacaine shots. It hurts so bad I cried. They didn’t leave it on nearly long enough. Dr. Aujla and her team are professional and attentive. Dr. Aujla always explains everything clearly, and makes me feel comfortable. She is honest and caring. I have never felt like she is trying to sell me stuff I don’t need like at other dentists that I’ve been to in the past. They are caring and honest here. I highly recommend this dentist!
