I didnt want to do this, ill start with that. This office used to be great. Staff used to be good and on point. Some of them still seem like they want to be… but something has changed about the office. For the worse. I had a tooth extraction about 6 months ago. Pretty bad tooth was told it couldnt be saved by one of the dentists. But i was told on a previous visit it could be saved, bear in mind two different doctors. Extraction happens and a bone graft is done to rebuild the jaw for a future implant. The graft fails 3 times... read more
Kayla is the absolute best dental hygienist. I appreciate their care as well and the timely visits.
Dr. Ernst, Kristina and the staff were absolutely amazing!! My daughter is 20 and we were very anxious about wisdom teeth removal. I realize each surgery is an individual experience but I can’t help but believe that the care my daughter was given was much more than an individual experience but rather a culture. I have never had more confidence in a procedure and the after care was amazing followed by a personal call from the Dr to check in that day. 48 hours later she is pain free and only has minimal soreness. Dr. Ernst and Kristina were AMAZING! Dr. Ernst could tell i was very nervous and he walked me through every step and made sure I was comfortable through the entire visit. Kristina made me feel like I was talking to a friend. The ladies at the front desk were also very friendly.
