Giving 2 only because of Kaitlyn. My kids have been patients here for years. The last couple of years I have seen a decline in communication, attentiveness and friendliness. My daughter had vaccines the other day. We waited the alloted 10 minutes and left. She's never had a reaction before. This time the area became red, swollen, painful and hot to the touch. A very uneducated, judgmental office. This is no longer a safe place for me to take my kids when they are sick. I don’t trust them and their god complex egos with my kids at all anymore. Sadly, it’s turned into just another indoctrinated allopathic system that wants to push their agenda and make as much money off my perfectly healthy kids as they can, any way possible. Dr.Msibi and Katelyn are great but the woman who checks people out after appointments is very rude and condescending, I honestly don’t think I’ve ever seen her smile.. I understand having bad days but when you work in a pediatric office you should probably at least make an effort to smile and be friendly.
This place is horrible they discharged my kids that have went there for the last 7yrs and I use to go there as a child all because there reception lady China garaza was rude multiple times and I called to speak to the manager the China garaza lady answered the phone and kept telling your discharged your discharged and hung up. Once I tried to call back to ask for the manager again I was hung up I so I then drove up there and the manger was just as rude if not more.
