Dr.Msibi and Katelyn are great but the woman who checks people out after appointments is very rude and condescending, I honestly don’t think I’ve ever seen her smile.. I understand having bad days but when you work in a pediatric office you should probably at least make an effort to smile and be friendly.
This place is horrible they discharged my kids that have went there for the last 7yrs and I use to go there as a child all because there reception lady China garaza was rude multiple times and I called to speak to the manager the China garaza lady answered the phone and kept telling your discharged your discharged and hung up. Once I tried to call back to ask for the manager again I was hung up I so I then drove up there and the manger was just as rude if not more. If I could give negative stars, I would. "DR" Msibi is a joke. I used to hold babies down for this doctor as he circumcised them. I'm a lactation consultant and health professional of 10+ years. Any other PA or even nurse is going to give you better advice than Bhekumusa. My husband and I brought our son in to get his cough assessed after two weeks of coughing and a round of antibiotics, from the ER. ONLY reason they get five stars is because of Kate and the amazing ladies that work there. Front desk is amazing. Nurses are amazing. Misibi is a god damn joke though. 🤷♀️
Great place, finally able to bring my lady a cup of coffee from kitchen to living room!
