Worst experience!! Glasses took over 6 weeks to come in. They lost paperwork. Then they billed the wrong insurance and blamed it on me because my complaint was for a headache because my eyes weren’t working properly. Will not repeat this mistake again.
Dr. Alda! She was very educated but listened to what I had to say about my particular diagnosis. And her prescription she gave me is so spot on I no longer have to strain my neck at all to see. Much less pain And I can actually see. Endless gratitude for staff and Dr. Alda!

clean and professional office and friendly staff. dr z was awesome when it came to finding out i need to glasses, calmed me down from crying, and even let me try his glasses on as we have the exact same prescription!
The best staff around. From the time you walk in until the time you leave everyone is welcoming and extremely helpful. They were able to find glasses that fit my face perfectly and contacts that are comfortable. They recommend products they feel will work best for you and your lifestyle. Ultimately the decision is up to you and they support whatever you decide. Thank you!!
During Covaid I was able to get my glasses adjusted!!! THANK YOU TO the worker who came out to get my glasses!!!! If not I would had bad headaches an major annoyance.
