Called for information for an apartment for my father and the lady acted like I was inconveniencing her by calling and asking questions. The first time I called, I heard someone answer and just sit there so I had to hang up and call back. She should probably just call in when she’s in that sort of mood.
I called to get some information and the manager was very very rude and hung up in my face... when I called back she hung up the phone again poor customer service....
