Looking back, (I lived here for 6 years, moved in late 2022) I realize how spoiled I was living at Pleasant Lake. The community is beautiful, safe, and managed with real integrity. My apartment itself was well-kept and felt like home from the beginning. Any concerns or small issues I had were handled promptly and professionally. DO NOT MOVE HERE! The stairway carpet is so dirty it looks like it is rubber. The place smells like pot all the time. The air conditioner never worked. When the heat came on there was a terrible knocking noise. Maintenance said you’re going to have to deal with it. Bathroom was seeping with nicotine (brown drips) everywhere. Only thing nice in the apartment was the new carpet inside Have been out for 2 months and still can’t get the smell out of our clothes. The lady party at the billing office is VERY rude!!
