My son moved in here and let me say this the security doors are never locked anyone has full access to enter the building at all time of the day and night. The hallway smells so bad . The shower walling fell down into the bath tub and they blamed steam showers for the reason . Mold has grown all over the bottom of the bathroom wall maintenance came and painted over it . Quiet and well kept grounds. Feel safe here. Pool very nice . Repairs are handled promptly. Brand new laundry machines.
Love the way everything it's set up. Very peaceful place to relax, retire and make it your home. Although renting prices are somewhat high, it still would be nice to settle and live there. Very friendly, nice, and professional office staff. Thank you all!

My mom just signed a lease. We were helped by Tanya, a leasing agent. She is the kindest , most helpful agent I have ever encountered. She was so knowledgeable and answered all of my mom's questions. I cant thank her enough.
