First she complained about the bad haircut I had, not once but a couple of times. Then almost got my head burned by hot water. Didn't seem to wash my hair very well. My hair was still tangled when she tried to comb it. Then I did get my head burned with the hair dryer. I did not receive any apologies. Didn't style my hair or asked if I wanted it styled. She seemed nice enough but really needs to work on her people skills.

Emma is absolutely amazing! I live in Moultonboro and she is so worth the drive to North Conway. Emma does a magnificent job and truly cares about her customers. She has a great sense of humor and is easy to talk to.
Emma is the best in the valley. She’s always does a wonderful job with my hair and eyebrows!
