I used Pleasant Home for the first time this weekend and I am very impressed. I was worried that my expectations were too high, but was delighted upon our return home. Dusting was perfect! (TV console, book shelves, window ledges, picture frames and tops of appliances...) The crew also respectfully rearranged some picture frames during the dusting process and I must admit that they may have an eye for interior design... :)
After letting go our first house keeping service we were concerned we may not get the level of attention that we desired. We are happy to report that they deep cleaned above and beyond our expectations. From dusting baseboards, cleaning behind the toilet (yes I checked), and changing the sheets on all the beds we can say it is a job well done! We recommend their services!

We hired services from this company to do a detailed house cleaning for our modest 1200 square foot house in order to prepare for our upcoming home birth. We specifically asked for a DETAILED cleaning as our house is already clean. They cleaned but it was a very basic job, and sloppy. He windows, floors,and cabinets are smeared and not wiped clean, the fans, vents, and baseboards were not touched. They did not clean under the beds or any piece of furniture.
