Unless you come in wearing cowboy gear, dont expect service. Looking for a new pair of boots. Borderline had to beg for service. I live 5 miles away and will gladly drive to a different outfitter.
Poor customer service! Recently spent 3 hours in this store. Biggest waste of time! I found a used saddle that I really liked, but had no price tag, no info, and no documentation anywhere in the system. None of the employees there could assist with saddle sales and apparently Paul (the only saddle salesman/owner) is very difficult to reach. We ended up finally hearing the price of the saddle and it was outrageous (about what we could buy it brand new. This was a VERY used saddle).
