Dangerous Community DANGEROUS BUILDING - DO NOT LIVE HERE. Lived here for 2 years, problems since day 1. Most recently and the final straw, neighbors will often litter on each others patios or balconies, there was a patio break in on my next door neighbor (PHPD was here, I also heard the entire commotion) and NO ONE WAS NOTIFIED. NOT 1 SECURITY NOTICE OR ANYTHING. Walls are thin, paper thin, barely insulated.
