Nicolas E. Makhoul, MD office never picks up their phone and customers get sent to voicemail. Even if I leave voicemail, they never call back. Thank goodness it's for a regular meeting. If it were to be an urgent request and they work like this at this speed, I would not be in a good place. Will look for another provider.
