I had a fantastic experience at Pleasant Hill Dentistry. I came in for routine cleaning, and from the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the warm welcome, especially with my 16 month old. Dr Bautista himself was fantastic. Personable, informative, friendly & professional. However, I was beyond upset when when I got in my car only to realize I had a flat tire from chunks of glass embedded in one of my tires (i found out later that day, 3 of my neighbors also had the same thing happen with their cars too) When I told the office staff I couldn't get to.my appt now as I had to wait for the tow truck, they told me they'd send me an Uber ( which I can get my own thank you) so I could get there still, completely mis... read more
