Our experience with DHI at Pleasant Hill was very smooth and easy! From the beginning LuCreacia was very helpful, working to show us the floor plans that would best fit the buyers' needs. The construction supervisors were great, and addressed any and all issues. My buyers are VERY happy in their new home!
Trying to get work done after closing is a nightmare.
The neighborhood is an absolute joke. HOA fees are ridiculous for a tiny pool that is always closed. The HOA is more worried about trash cans being visible from the street than vehicles double parked making it difficult for regular traffic to drive through. The house build quality is immensely bad. Trim pieces missing paint, trim not level, etc. Cheapest of the cheap!
