Excellent service
Towed our car from Portland street parking. The car was parked illegally, it was our fault- however, they quoted one price on the phone for pickup, then charged twice that much. No receipt was given for the tow (they required payment in cash), and there was no explanation for the amount. The city of Portland sets rates for the tow, and what they charged was substantially higher than that. We are reporting them to the city, but beware- they will take advantage in any way possible.
