Anyone who doesn't leave these guys 1 star should be investigated by the police.
What a bunch of crooks, called to get price and was told $175 when I go there told $220 for after hours picked up within I was told to be there before 7 to not get the fee and wouldn't let me take without paying in full. When i called to request my $45 back was told I actually shorted them as I should have paid a storage fee of $50 and said person on phone should have told me any prices. He was extremely rude...I would never do business with this company.
These people are extortionists and made me run to the bank on a torn acl to get him 50 to not tow my car, everyone who works here is going to die alone and get reincarnated as mold.
I got into a really bad crash and state police called them to take my car. I have Triple A and they advised me to not use it, big mistake. The man took my car and when I asked for a business card, he said he didn’t have any and that I should just take a picture of the truck. The man didn’t tell me the price of the tow or how much for storage. When I asked he said it was $150 for the tow and $50 everyday for storage, which is something you should tell your consumers. They also only take cash, which is insane to me.
