I used to go there. Big issue for me is the owner speaks English, so you cannot discuss with the stylist what you want. They give a 'generic haircut' without looking at the how your hair falls naturally (whorls, cowlicks, natural part, straight & fine or thick & curly, or even how you wear your hair), and adapting to it. Staff are constantly changing and you cannot have a 'preferred' stylist. They wrecked my hair and it took 4 haircuts over 20 weeks, at another salon to repair the damage.
Fast friendly service at a great price. I see some bad reviews here but I've been going here for years and never had any issues.
I visited this salon today with my father, and unfortunately our experience was very disappointing. The stylist made a mistake with my father’s haircut, and when I politely asked her to fix it, she responded rudely. She refused to correct the mistake and told us to leave the salon. She then raised her voice and argued with me in front of others.as a new customer, this behavior was unacceptable.
